With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, business operations, and social work, she designs and delivers trainings, facilitates conflict resolution and restorative practices, provides leadership coaching, and implements customized programs—including team retreats, culture consultations, change management, and strategic planning Melissa’s approach is grounded, genuine, and people-focused.
