    Melissa partners with organizations to create workplaces in which people and teams thrive. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, business operations, and social work, she designs and delivers trainings, facilitates conflict resolution and restorative practices, provides leadership coaching, and implements customized programs—including team retreats, culture consultations, change management, and strategic planning Melissa’s approach is grounded, genuine, and people-focused. Known for her warmth, clarity, and insight, she blends evidence-informed practices with deep human understanding to help teams communicate openly, build trust, and navigate challenges with honesty, humility, and humanity.
